Another highly successful trip for the Ukrainian Ski Association—this year marking what may have been the largest gathering in our 50-year history, with over 150 attendees. The group stayed slopeside at Country Inn at Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort, enjoying the convenience and camaraderie that define this annual getaway. While the snow softened into “mashed potato” conditions by mid-afternoon, spirits remained high both on and off the mountain.
Friday evening’s empanada night once again stood out as a highlight, thanks to the Benejam family continuing their beloved tradition of preparing homemade empanadas for the entire group. Birthday celebrations added to the festive atmosphere, and evenings were filled with laughter—whether gathered around the fireplace with warm cocktails or unwinding in the outdoor heated pool. Altogether, the elements came together seamlessly for a memorable and joy-filled weekend.
