1. Bookings and Payments
All bookings are subject to availability at the time of reservation. Deposits and payment schedules will be outlined at the time of booking depending on the specific cruise, tour, or resort package selected.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your travel arrangements, written notification must be submitted to Dunwoodie Travel Bureau, Ltd. Because we incur costs and sustain obligations with third-party suppliers long before departure, cancellations are subject to the following strict fee schedule based on the number of days prior to your scheduled departure:

3. Name Changes & Substitutions
While cancellation fees are strictly enforced, we understand that unexpected circumstances arise.
- Passenger Substitutions: Name changes are permitted on your booking if you are able to find a substitute traveler to take your place.
- Supplier Restrictions: While Dunwoodie Travel Bureau, Ltd. will not charge an additional fee to process a qualified substitution, any name changes remain subject to the ultimate approval, guidelines, and potential change fees imposed by the underlying airlines, cruise lines, or tour operators.
4. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Adequate insurance can help protect your investment against unforeseen medical emergencies, trip interruptions, and instances where you might otherwise incur the standard cancellation fees outlined above.
5. Responsibility & Liability
Dunwoodie Travel Bureau, Ltd. acts solely as an agent for the underlying travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, cruise lines, land operators). We are not responsible for acts, omissions, schedule changes, or bankruptcies of these independent suppliers, nor for any injury, damage, or loss caused by weather, delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
