We’re so glad you’ll be joining the group on the Variety Voyager for our August 7–14, 2027 sailing! Here are the next steps to get everything squared away.
1. Submit First Deposit
Secure your spot on the voyage by submitting your initial deposit.
In order to secure your cabin selection, $1,000 per person deposit would be due now. You have several options to make a payment.
- Use the form here to pay by credit card instantly. A 3% fee will apply.
- Use the printable form, and you can complete the passport information as well. A 3% fee will apply.
- Mail a check payable to “Dunwoodie Travel Bureau, Ltd” 125 Corporate Blvd, Yonkers NY 10701 (no fees)
- If you have an account there, contact SUMA FCU (914) 220-4900 and have them issue a check payable to Dunwoodie Travel Bureau, Ltd. (no fees)
2. Complete the Reservation Form
Please download the Reservation Form pdf below, fill out the registration details completely, then email back to me.
I also require a copy of your passport. Send a clear, legible photo or scan of your valid passport to me along with the form via email. (Note: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your travel return date.)

Insurance protection should be purchased within two weeks of deposit, in order to be covered for pre-existing conditions. Note that CFAR (Cancel For Any Reason) must be purchased within 14 days of initial deposit, and is not available to residents of New York.
Once you have submitted the reservation form with info like Date of Birth and Address and Amount of Coverage, I can send you a quote with Allianz or Travel Insured. If you are not sure how much coverage to purchase, know that the amount can be modified or increased.
4. Airline Tickets
Airfare usually becomes available to purchase approximately 11 months in advance. Purchase your own air and advise of your flight details, or request assistance in purchasing tickets. We will follow up with you closer to the 11 months date with more instructions.
5. Confirm Sorrento Pre-Stay Package
Please confirm that you are interested in booking the pre stay in Sorrento. This will include transportation, lodging, meals and sightseeing.
