At this point, everyone should have received their Riviera travel documents for our river cruise on the MS Thomas Hardy.
Here are a few important details to help make your travel as smooth as possible:
Airfare:
- Airfare:
- Riviera Airfare: If you purchased airfare through Riviera, your flight information is included as a PDF along with your luggage tags. There is no need to print all the documents, but please print the luggage tags.
- Self-Booked Airfare: Access your flight information on your phone. I recommend downloading your airline’s app prior to departure.
- Dunwoodie-Booked Airfare: If I booked your airfare and you need me to resend your details, please let me know. If you booked La Compagnie, you do not need 3 hours prior, however, you do have access to the lounge, maybe you want three hours prior
- Recommendation: Wait until you arrive at the airport in Paris before attaching your cruise luggage tags to prevent them from getting damaged or torn off in transit.
- Arrival Transfers: When you arrive, look for signs displaying Dunwoodie Travel (signs will not feature individual names).
- Hotel Vouchers: No physical vouchers are needed. Simply check in under your own name.
- Transfer Vouchers: No transfer vouchers are required.
- Sightseeing Vouchers: General tour descriptions are attached. I will hand out your individual sightseeing vouchers in person. I also attached the spreadsheet in case you forgot what you were booked for.
- Post-Cruise Transfer: No vouchers are needed. The bus will pick us up directly from our hotel.
